The reports continue to grow that Juve have their sights set on the Blaugrana star, who can play in defence or midfield.
“He can do well at Juventus,” fellow Argentine Veron told the Corriere dello Sport.
“Mascherano would represent a top level signing.

“It is difficult to build great teams in Serie A now because of the financial situation. The aura of this great tournament is still alive, but they need big names to grow even more.”
Meanwhile, SportItalia claim Juve have asked Mascherano to make his feelings public, therefore forcing Barcelona’s hand.
