The 25-year-old only joined the Viola this season from Aston Villa for €7m, but has impressed with 10 goals and two assists between Serie A and the Coppa Italia.
“I am not surprised by his performances, as his style of football is much more suited to Italy than England,” his agent Fabrice Picot told Radio Crc.

This weekend there is Fiorentina-Napoli and the representative won’t deny there is interest in a summer move.
“He has to end this season before looking to the next. He is happy in Florence, there’s a good rapport with the club and the Coach.
“We have to take into account that he has two priorities, which are to play in the Champions League and find a place in the France squad.
“I don’t want to look too far ahead. Obviously, lots of people are tempted by Napoli, but right now we have to focus on the present.”
The agent was asked if he had been in direct contact with Napoli directors.
“There’s something on the grapevine, but at the moment nothing concrete.”
