“This is a very important draw for us,” the midfielder told Sky Sport Italia.

“Barcelona make you run hard and that makes you less sharp when you do get hold of the ball. There weren’t many minutes left after their goal, so it’s good that we managed to take home a point.”

Tottenham fought back to beat PSV Eindhoven 2-1, meaning Inter are on seven points and Spurs still in with a chance on four.

“Now there are two games to go, the next will be decisive. We have to turn up to Wembley with the intention of coming away with three points.

“Tottenham are a good side, but we’ll do our best.”
