U21 Italy international Destiny Udogie has arrived for his first training session with Tottenham, while Roma have cancelled their pre-season friendly against Spurs.
Udogie arrived at Tottenham’s training ground on Wednesday morning alongside his new teammates Dejan Kulusevski and Harry Kane as shown by Spurs on Twitter.
Udogie’s Tottenham were supposed to meet Roma in a pre-season friendly in Singapore on July 26, but the Giallorossi have withdrawn from the fixture.
According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Roma won’t take part in the pre-season tour in Asia as they haven’t received the payment agreed with the organisers of the tournament.
This means friendlies against Wolverhampton and Incheon United have also been called off.
Roma are currently training at Trigoria and will continue the second part of the pre-season in Algarve, Portugal, for the third consecutive year.
