Udinese have reportedly agreed to sell Emmanuel Badu to Stoke City for €6.5m.
La Gazzetta dello Sport claims the 24-year-old Ghana international has agreed terms for a four-year contract.
His club are set to pocket €6.5m from the deal (approximately £4.7m).
The central midfielder has been in Udine since January 2010.
Last season he scored one goal in 27 Serie A appearances.
