Udinese saw their €5m offer for Flamengo centre-forward Felipe Vizeu rejected, according to reports in Brazil.
The striker turns 21 in March and came up through the Flamengo youth academy.
Both Globoesporte and Lance maintain Udinese have offered €5m, but that was rejected by his club.
Vizeu has been pushed into the first team as a regular to fill in for Guerrero, who failed a doping test.
He has scored 17 goals in 64 senior appearances for Flamengo, while he scored six goals in 11 Brazil Under-20 caps.
