Andrea Stramaccioni and Antonio Di Natale are “disappointed” Udinese’s game with Parma has been called off.
The Serie A fixture was supposed to kick off on Sunday at 14.00 GMT, but has now been officially postponed.
This is because Parma’s financial troubles mean the club cannot guarantee payment for stewards or security staff, so the Stadio Tardini would only be available behind closed doors.

“Faced with the Lega Serie A request to call off the game, the directors followed suit,” Coach Stramaccioni told dimondoudinese.it.
“Tomorrow we will train regularly. Others will clarify the situation, but that is all we know about it. Nothing changes for us, we will rest on Sunday, get back to training on Monday and next Friday leave for Cesena.
“We’ll see what is decided for this game and if it will be played at some point.”
Udinese captain Di Natale was naturally concerned for the situation at Parma, where nobody has been paid since July 2014.
“It’s disappointing we won’t play and above all a shame to see the situation our Parma colleagues are going through. We show them the utmost solidarity.”
