Bologna captain Daniele Gastaldello has received a two-match ban after his red card against Genoa.
The defender made a gesture toward referee Fabio Maresca implying that the official was crazy, for which he received a straight red.
Gastaldello also insulted the official as he left the pitch, earning him an extra game on the sidelines and a fine of €2,000, with the sentence harsher because he is the captain.

His teammate Blerim Dzemaili received a one-match ban for his own dismissal, as did Alessandro Gazzi of Palermo and Santiago Gentiletti of Genoa.
Bologna have also been fined €3,000 after fans insulted Maresca, while Palermo have been fined €2,000 for delaying the second half of their draw with Sampdoria.
Milan Coach Vincenzo Montella has been fined €5,000 for protesting against a decision in the 4-3 win over Sassuolo.
