Roma hope Francesco Totti can be fit to face Inter next week after an encouraging medical report.
The captain had been ruled out for at least 10 days with a heavy bruise to the gluteal region.
“Totti underwent medical tests this afternoon which confirmed that the bruising he sustained has gone down,” read a statement.

He won’t be fit for this weekend’s trip to Bologna, but hopes to be fit for the next round against Inter.
