The Danish international turns 23 next month and has been a regular this season, making 32 appearances between Serie A and the Coppa Italia.
He joined from FC Twente for just €1.4m in the summer of 2017, but quickly became an impressive figure for Sampdoria.
Andersen has also been linked with Inter, where he would reunite with former teammate Milan Skriniar.
