He flew in this afternoon for his medical and was greeted at Linate airport by around 200 fans along with CEO Adriano Galliani.

The terms of the deal have raised some significant questions and the Corriere della Sera newspaper has its theory on the situation.
According to the paper, Chelsea will pay €2m per season (£1.6m) of his wages over the two years with Milan providing the other €4m (£3.1m).
It is a free loan, so Milan will not be paying for the privilege of using the Spanish centre-forward.
Torres has a contract with Chelsea until June 2016, so when the loan spell ends he will be a free agent, meaning Milan don’t need an option to make the buy permanent.
Chelsea paid £50m to sign Torres from Liverpool in January 2011, but are effectively paying Milan €4m to take him off their hands.
It is reported the loan scenario is to make the ‘sale’ look less bad on their balance sheet.
