Two closely matched teams face off on Monday evening in these Torino vs. Bologna predictions. With both sides in the top half of the table, a win for either would bring them closer to the Serie A top six.

Torino vs. Bologna odds

1 – A draw at full-time – 1/3

2 – Both teams to score – 10/11

3 – Riccardo Orsolini to score anytime – 9/2

4 – Under 3.5 goals scored – 7/5

5 – Bologna to 2-1 – 13/1

The Granata welcome Bologna to the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino hoping to bridge the four-point gap between the two teams. Ivan Juric’s side have had bad luck with a number of injuries coinciding with a tough run of form, but Monday’s encounter offers the opportunity to bounce back.

For Bologna, a win in Piedmont would be their third in a row, having pulled off a shock defeat against Inter last weekend. Following a miserable start to the season, the Rossoblu find themselves in fine form, with just one defeat in their last seven games.

On paper the two squads look relatively well matched. While Torino have the home advantage, form is very much in Bologna’s favour. As a result, a draw may well be a fair result on Monday night, as has been the case in four of the last six meetings between the two teams.

With two well-matched sides, fans could be in for an entertaining match. Torino have failed to score in just one of their last six games, a record bettered by their opponents who have failed to register just once in their last seven. A wager therefore on both teams to score could well pay off.

Bologna’s attacking form may come as a surprise, given the injuries to key attacking players, but others have stepped up in the absence of the likes of Marko Arnautovic. At present, Riccardo Orsolini is the in-form man for Bologna, having scored in his last two games. Fielded as a right-winger, the Italian has a wicked left foot and is our tip to score anytime against Torino.

Encounters between the two teams are rarely particularly high-scoring affairs, with none of the last six meetings registering more than three goals. A bet on under 3.5 goals scored should be a safe option therefore, with neither side having scored more than two in a game this calendar year.

Samuele Ricci and Nikola Vlasic are approaching returns but are unlikely to start. In better news for the Torino coach, Ola Aina is available having served his suspension, although Wilfried Singo could retain his spot on the right flank.
