Torino confirmed Alessio Cerci “asked to leave and there are several options,” including Arsenal, but Milan are out.

The Granata have said they’d be willing to part with the wide forward for €20m (£16m).

“Cerci’s sale is still possible and he has asked to leave,” President Urbano Cairo told Mediaset Premium.

“There are still four days left in the transfer market, so we’ll see what happens. Of course my desire is to keep hold of him, but we’ll see if we can find a solution that suits everyone.

“I’ve given him my word that we’ll sell him if an adequate offer arrives.”

Milan had been the hot favourites, but appear to have terminated their negotiations for Cerci.

“With Milan it’s all over. Arsenal? There are several options.”

While there have been reports of Cerci’s agents talking to Arsenal this week, Atletico Madrid are also still interested.
