The defender had been struggling after numerous changes in Florence this summer.
“Chievo represent a great opportunity for me to prove myself and show what I can do,” said Tomovic in a Press conference.
“I had a few problems in Florence lately, because people expected a lot from me and the atmosphere around the club was not very calm.

“I had a few problems in Florence lately, because people expected a lot from me and the atmosphere around the club was not very calm.
“There was too much negativity around me and I think I made the right choice coming to Chievo. When my agent told me that there was the chance of coming here, I didn’t hesitate and immediately said yes. The negotiations were concluded in a few hours.
“I also spoke to Ivan Radovanovic, who I know well, and the fact many players were reborn at Chievo really helped me to accept their proposal.
“Chievo are a side who never give up and they’ve had excellent results in recent years. They are very well-organised, and from the first day here I can see why.”
