ANSA reports that is because mayor Virginia Raggi will present the Polytechnic University of Turin’s report on how the proposed area surrounding the Stadio della Roma will deal with traffic flow.

It comes after Raggi told Gazzetta dello Sport last month that there was ‘the political will to resume the stadium project as soon as possible.’

She also tweeted: “The stadium will be done and it will be stadium well done.”

The project was given the all-clear at the end of 2017, but it was then held up by the arrest of nine people linked to the arena’s construction, among them contractor Luca Parnasi.
