Roma director Tiago Pinto says things are improving during José Mourinho’s second season at the club and urges players to show their mentality against Napoli.

The Giallorossi host the Partenopei at the Stadio Olimpico and will be looking for their fourth consecutive win in Serie A for the first time under the Special One.

“Of course, things are improving in Mourinho’s second season, we haven’t done badly against the top sides this season,” Pinto told DAZN.

“Now we must focus on this game, knowing that mentality is shown on the pitch and not with words.

“Serie A is a tough league, you have to sweat to get the three points. Today we face a great team and we must have the same attitude to bring the win home. There is still a lot to do.”
