“During my last trip to Italy, I had explained and reiterated several times how much I believe in the work of our Coach and the team in this project,” Thohir has told Inter’s official website.
“I’ll say it again. It’s obvious that the results are important, but we are not here to count down matches for anyone. Some of my words were apparently misinterpreted.
“I’m very happy with the outcome of yesterday. The team played with determination and heart. I hope we can continue with these kind of performances.”
