Theo Hernandez sent out an Instagram message after testing positive for COVID. ‘I feel well, but I must train alone.’

The French left-back and his teammate Hakan Calhanoglu won’t be available to face Cagliari on Monday, as they’ve both tested positive for Coronavirus.

Dear friends, I want to tell you that unfortunately I won’t be available for the team,” the former Real Madrid wrote on Instagram.

Dear friends, I want to tell you that unfortunately I won’t be available for the team,” the former Real Madrid wrote on Instagram.

“I’ve tested positive for COVID-19 and even if I feel well, I’ll have to train on my own, waiting to resume trainings with the rest of the group.

“I want to ensure you about my conditions, I wish all those who are going through a similar situation a speedy recovery. We must be cautious and respect the rules. A strong hug to all and thank you for all the messages of love."
