Milan are preparing a January bid worth £80m (€89m) for Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero, claims The Sun newspaper.

The outlandish report appears in today’s paper, suggesting the Rossoneri want to further improve their strike force after the arrival of Andre Silva and Nikola Kalinic.

‘Kun’ Aguero would be on the move if Manchester City manage to take Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal, as the Chilean’s contract is due to expire next summer.

There have been reports from the beginning that Aguero does not see eye-to-eye with Coach Pep Guardiola.

The 29-year-old hitman has been in Manchester since 2011, when he left Atletico Madrid for €36m.

He is out of action until the end of November after fracturing a rib when his taxi crashed in Amsterdam.
