Carlos Tevez showed up to Juventus’ training ground today to watch their Primavera team play Hellas Verona.

The former Bianconeri forward was one of the most eagerly awaited guests at the Allianz Stadium for the Derby d’Italia against Inter on the weekend, receiving a grand welcome in Turin. He is still in the Piedmont capital, meeting coach Massimiliano Allegri and his staff at the headquarters in Continassa.

As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Tevez showed up to Vinovo to watch Juventus’ Primavera side face off against Hellas Verona.

He was seen in the stands wearing a Juventus branded jacket, together with former teammate Marco Storari, vice-president Pavel Nedved, sport director Federico Cherubini, Under 23 manager Giovanni Manna and one of Juventus scouts Mattia Notari.

Tevez was the first top striker to join Juventus in their golden era and he was a key reason why they reached the Champions League final in 2015.

  1. Tevez was a warrior. Never dived. Never needed to be the center of attention. Italy should teach this style of play. Not the Greek drama you see now.
