Even so, the Old Lady’s No 10 has ruled out talk of the League being already decided.
“With Roma there are two clubs fighting for the title,” Tevez has warned to the Corriere dello Sport this week.
“Roma are working very well, and are building a team that can look to great things. Mathematically the Giallorossi still have a chance of winning the Scudetto.
“And until we have mathematically won it, we cannot say we are champions.”
The 30-year-old reflected on life with the Turin club.
“Juve is a great in Italy, and one of those clubs where any child dreams of playing. We are a big family and that is what counts.
“We are doing very well and we spend a lot of time together. I think this is an important aspect.
“We have clear objectives. Win the championship and continue our journey in the Europa League. We have a great team and we can look to the final. It depends only on us.”
Tevez spent seven years playing in the Premier League and was asked for his opinion on their much closer title race this term, which doesn’t include former side Manchester United.
“We all know that English football is one of the most spectacular in the world. I believe that Manchester City and Chelsea are one step ahead of the others.
“United’s struggles? It is hard to replace a Coach like Sir Alex Ferguson, who built up the success of the club for so many years, and it is difficult to maintain certain things, particularly in the first season.
“I think that the club has to adapt, and to change the mindset of the people. It will be difficult to match what Sir Alex Ferguson did.”
