“We don’t want to put pressure on him. At the end of the day we’ll make a decision regarding the bench. It is not yet decided, we have clear ideas and hope to be helped by the results.”
Biglia and Candreva have been heavily linked with a move to Inter, which Tare hinted was true.
“They are prestigious players who have an important value attached to them. Last year we based our strategy around these players, but this year we will make decisions for the good of Lazio.
“There will be changes. At the end of the season we will make our evaluations. Next season Lazio will be completely different.
“Unfortunately football is about results and when those are lacking, the fans are not happy. In difficult moments we must stay calm and make decisions with cool heads for the future.
“We had a very clear discussion with the entire team regarding the future. Those who do not feel valued here have the opportunity to leave.
“As for the transfer market coming in, the name Lazio entices many players and we represent an important opportunity.
“We want to build a good team, but these things are easier said than done. There’s no point talking about the transfer market now. We’ll make our choices and hope they are right for the good of the club.”
