The centre-back is expected to sign a new contract with the Biancocelesti, albeit with a low release clause so he can leave in the summer if he wishes.
With his current deal expiring on June 30 he is free to negotiate with other clubs, and so far there has been no official announcement of a new contract.

“I prefer not to talk about this tonight, there will be a communiqué soon to that effect,” Tare explained to Mediaset Premium.
“It’s more in than out though. There is complete agreement with the player, the problem is with his agency but these are bureaucratic matters.
“It’s a never-ending story but we’ll decide soon.”
