Inter will have Julio Cesar and Javier Zanetti at their disposal after they were recalled early from holiday following injuries to Yuto Nagatomo and Emiliano Viviano.
Milan have included Taye Taiwo in their party despite the fact that he will be suspended for the game.
Fellow new boy Philippe Mexes, signed on a Bosman from Roma, is not part of the squad as he recovers from injury.
The game will be refereed by Nicola Rizzoli of Bologna.
