Spezia announced the new board of directors following the Robert Platek take-over, with Stefano Chisoli as Chairman.
The club based in Liguria is in its first ever Serie A season, but patron Gabriele Volpi sold it to the American businessman this week.
The new owners will debut against Serie A leaders Milan this evening at the Stadio Alberto Picco.
