Reports say Paulo Sousa could leave Fiorentina for Zenit or Milan, with Empoli’s Marco Giampaolo or Sassuolo’s Eusebio Di Francesco coming in.

The Portuguese Coach started very strongly with La Viola but their form has dropped off recently and Sousa’s team are now without a Serie A win since 21 February.

Tuttosport reports today that a disappointing second half to the season could see Sousa depart in the summer.

The newspaper believes he could take the place of his compatriot Andre Villas-Boas at Zenit St Petersburg.

However, Radio 24 have reported that Sousa could be the first choice for the Milan bench if Sinisa Mihajlovic is sacked at the end of the campaign.

While the two sources differ on Sousa’s destination, they both agree that Di Francesco of Sassuolo and Giampaolo of Empoli are the most likely candidates to take over in Florence.
