Manchester United coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has hit back after Mino Raiola’s comments about Paul Pogba eyeing a future at Juventus.

The World Cup winner has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford this summer and the reports have suggested that the Bianconeri are ready to offer both Adrien Rabiot and Aaron Ramsey for their former star.

Pogba’s agent Raiola added fuel to the rumours and claimed that the French superstar “wouldn’t mind returning to Juventus”.

Solskjaer has no interest in entering a discussion with his agent and said he is sure the long-term injured midfielder is “desperate to contribute” at Old Trafford.

“I’ve not spoken to Mino, that is for sure,” Solskjaer told Goal. “And, no, I haven’t sat down and told Paul to tell Mino what he should say. Paul is our player and not Mino’s.

“Well of course I’d like to say that as soon as he gets fit, he’ll be good enough to play and I’m sure Paul is desperate to play for us again.

“As a player, the last thing you want is to be injured and not being able to contribute to your team.”

Pogba has only played seven league games for the Red Devils this term and has struggled with an ankle problem since the start of October 2019.
