“There’s some players coming in, Nemanja (Matic), Eric (Bailly), Alex (Telles), loads of experience of European football, and Mason (Greenwood) takes over from Marcus (Rashford). We feel it’s a strong team and there’s some fresh legs in there,” Solskjaer told MUTV.

Edinson Cavani, David De Gea, Donny van de Beek, Paul Pogba, Marcus Rashford and Juan Mata are out of action.

“Rashford is a fit lad, he’s athletic, recovers well, we’ve not had too much of a reason to rest him. He got a knock on his ankle which made it impossible for him to be part of the squad, hopefully for the weekend, but we don’t know."
