Manchester United lost 3-2 away at RB Leipzig on Tuesday and were eliminated from the Champions League group stage.

On the eve of the game, Paul Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola had made people talk with statements about his client and the Red Devils’ boss.

“Pogba’s time at Manchester United is over,” Raiola told Tuttosport.

He also aimed a dig at the Solskjaer saying: “Instead of comparing [Erling] Haaland to [Romelu] Lukaku, should think about how he can make Pogba play like a champion.”

“As soon as Paul’s agent realises it is a team sport the better. I don’t want to spend energy on that. I am not going to talk about Paul’s agent any more,” Solskjaer replied on Tuesday.

“You’ve got to ask Paul if he’s happy or unhappy, I’m not going to speak for him.

“Paul’s focused on doing his best for the team, he’s working hard in training, he just needs to focus on his performances.

“Now is not the time to discuss transfer targets or the ins and outs at the club.”

Manchester United have reportedly activated a clause to extend Pogba's contract until 2022 but the player is likely to leave in the summer with Juventus, PSG and Real Madrid that are being linked with welcoming his services.
