Sneijder returns to the Nerazzurri squad for Sunday’s derby against Milan, joined by Forlan, Julio Cesar and Walter Samuel, who were all slight fitness doubts.
However, there is still no return for Dejan Stankovic, while Sulley Ali Muntari is on Africa Cup of Nations duty.
