Sky Sport Italia reports Milan are interested in Wolfsburg centre-back Maxence Lacroix and Fernando Redondo’s son Federico.

The Rossoneri remain interested in a centre-back for the January transfer window despite Matteo Gabbia’s return from Villarreal.

They have been linked with a number of defenders, including Lloyd Kelly and Tosin Adarabioyo who will be available on free transfers at the end of their contracts in June.

According to Sky Sport Italia, a new name on the Rossoneri’s agenda for the winter transfer window is Lacroix, a French centre-back under contract with Wolfsburg until June 2025.

The 23-year-old has scored one goal in 18 appearances across all competitions, so the Bundesliga side prefer not to sell the Frenchman this month.

Sky Sport confirms Lilian Brassier (Brest) and Clement Lenglet (Barcelona, on loan at Aston Villa) are also on the Rossoneri’s radars.

The Serie A giants have also set their sights on Federico Redondo, son of ex-Real Madrid and Milan midfielder Fernando.

The 21-year-old is contracted with Argentinos Juniors until December 21, 2024, and the Rossoneri are considering signing him for 2024-25.
