The Serbian international was stretchered off in the first half of the 3-2 defeat at Milan, prompting fears he could face a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
“Ljajic yesterday went off on a stretcher due to blunt force trauma to his left knee,” a statement on the Granata’s website begins.
“The tests which were performed this morning ruled out other problems.
