Serie B club Bari have announced they will sell half their shares to Malaysian investor Dr Noordin Ahmad.
The news was confirmed by a statement this evening and a Press conference will be held over the next few days.
The deal was agreed by President Gianluca Paparesta, a former referee, who owns 95 per cent of the club.
The preliminary deal was underwritten on April 8.
