The Serie B calendar still hasn’t been drawn, amid talk of legal action from the broadcaster which will show the league.

It was confirmed last week that the division would begin with 19 teams instead of 22, after Bari, Cesena and Avellino failed to register.

The new fixtures were due to be drawn at 19.00 local time in Milan, but one hour on there has still been no draw.

President Mauro Balata is awaiting a decision by the FIGC, ItaSportPress reports, as commissioner Roberto Fabbricini hasn’t announced the draw and the Lega Serie B doesn’t want to go ahead without that.

In addition DAZN, the Serie B broadcaster, is threatening legal action if there are 19 teams instead of the 22 it signed up to televise.

The season is due to start on August 24, just 11 days from now.
