The Argentine was sent off at San Siro on Sunday and his reaction has cost him the derby against Milan on February 9.

The Giudice Sportivo has revealed that Lautaro was suspended “for protests against the match officials in the 48th minute of the second half, reacting at the time of the warning with extreme blatantness, an intimidating attitude and approaching vigorously and shouting phrases in Spanish at the referee.”

“After the sending off, he was forcefully dismissed by his teammates, reiterating the vehement protest and angrily throwing the ball away whilst leaving the pitch, as he continued to rail against the referee.”

He has also received a fine of €15,000 and will miss the next two matches against Udinese and the Rossoneri.
