According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the shot-stopper has caught the eye of two Serie A sides for this summer.
The 28-year-old Bulgarian had already been linked with a move to Roma, but now Palermo are also stepping forward.
Stoyanov has a contract with Ludogorets until June 2017 and is valued at around €3.5m.
He is a Bulgaria international with 10 caps to his name.
