Southampton forward Manolo Gabbiadini could be making a return to Serie A for Fiorentina or Bologna.
The Italy international turns 27 later this month and has been with the Saints since January 2017, but his playing time has been severely limited of late.
He scored one goal in 10 competitive appearances this season.
According to La Nazione newspaper, Gabbiadini is fielding proposals for a Serie A switch from Fiorentina and Bologna.
As he is under contract until June 2021, it would likely have to be a permanent deal and not a loan.
