That’s all for tonight’s Serie A liveblog on Football Italia. Thanks for reading!

21:42 Full time!

Full time whistle blows. Inter secure all three points thanks to Frattesi’s late winner, further exacerbating Udinese‘s troubles near the relegation zone.

21:38 Inter 2-1

Frattesi has found a late winner for Inter in the 94th minute! A great low shot from Lautaro was fingertipped onto the post by Okoye. The ball bounced out and was met by a sprinting Frattesi, who blasted it into the back of the net to make it 2-1.

21:36 Lautaro booked also

The Argentine striker clearly took out his frustration on Ebosele and barged him off the ball, earning himself a booking and one-match suspension as a result.

21:35 Pavard booked

Pavard will miss the next match through suspension after picking up a booking for dissent.

21:33 Long added time

7 minutes of stoppage time here, giving a lifeline to Inter.

21:32 Thauvin clearly done

The Frenchman can barely run here, leaving Udinese effectively with 10 men for the last few minutes.

21:29 Thauvin down

The former Marseille man is also down with a painful muscle injury and the hosts have no substitutions left now, after Ebosele replaced Lovric. Play has continued whilst Thauvin gets treated.

21:26 Great Buchanan chance

A quick passage of passes in the Udinese box gave Buchnan the chance to fire off a shot, but his slip derailed the attempt. Close for the visitors.

Off: Dimarco, Thuram

On: Buchanan, Arnautovic

21:24 Play stopped

Lovric is being replaced after suffering a hamstring injury. He was eventually stretchered off the pitch.

21:20 Frattesi miss

An incredible run and pass across from Thuram is wasted by Frattesi, who stumbles over his shot to send it sailing over the crossbar. A huge left-off for Udinese.

21:17 Inter sub

Off: Calhanoglu

On: Sanchez

21:13 Two more Udinese changes

Off: Kamara, Zarraga

On: Zemura, Payero

A great pass forward from Lovric is carried by Kamara, who squares it across before it’s stopped by a Mkhitaryan block. A great chance nullified for the hosts.

21:05 First changes for Udinese

Off: Samardzic, Ehizibue

On: Lovric, Joao Ferreira

21:01 Inter hungry

The Nerazzurri have been revitalised by their equaliser and are now desperately pushing for an advantage.

20:57 Calhanoglu steps up

Calhanoglu taking the penalty.

20:56 Penalty Inter!

Foul on Thuram by Okoye. Penalty for Inter.

20:52 No goal

Var check complete. Offside, no goal, for an apparent Lautaro flick in the action. Incredibly tight regardless.

20:51 Inter 1-1?

Inter think they’ve taken the lead here with a Carlos Augusto header from a free kick but the flag is up. VAR check ongoing to see if it’s offside or not.

20:49 Second half

Second half kicks off!

20:33 Half time

Inter will be incredibly frustrated entering the break, having dominated play for the vast majority of the first 45 minutes without finding a breakthrough. Samardzic’s opener has now pilled the pressure on the league leaders ahead of the second half.

20:30 Added time

Inter only given an extra three minutes to try and respond before the half time break. Tensions are starting to increase on the pitch.

20:24 Udinese 1-0

Udinese take the lead! Samardzic finds himself in space on the edge of the penalty area and puts in a half-hearted shot which is deflected. Dumfries confusingly stops his run, letting it crawl into the bottom corner past a confused Sommer.

20:20 10 minutes of first half left

Inter will be keen to get their foot in the door ahead of half time but there’s less than 10 minutes of regular play remaining now.

20:14 Calhanoglu again!

The midfielder’s thunderous shot is just saved by Okoye, but only because he happened to be in the way as it cannoned towards the back of the net. Still 0-0, somehow.

20:10 Inter pressure

The Nerazzurri are applying endless waves of pressure and it only looks a matter of time until they find a breakthrough.

20:05 Calhanoglu comes close

A curling shot from Calhanoglu from outside the box comes dangerously close but is palmed just wide by Okoye. Inter continuing to knock on the door here.

20:00 Inter counter

Inter do well to burst forward after nicking the ball, but the play ultimately comes to nothing after a slipping Lautaro failed to make the most of his shot.

19:58 Acerbi off the hook

Acerbi lazily gives the ball away to Pereya with a misplaced pass, but the final shot sails far wide, letting the Inter defender off the hook.

19:56 VAR

A pause for a VAR Check but play continues.

Inter shout for a penalty after Dimarco is seemingly bundled over by Ehizibue but only a corner is awarded.

19:51 Lautaro header

Lautaro gets the first decent chance of the match with a hopeful header after a well taken freekick from Federico Dimarco, but it sails wide.

19:49 Opening patience

19:33 Welcome!

Welcome to Football Italia’s liveblog for the Serie A clash between Udinese and Inter!

Join us for all the build-up and action as it happens from this evening’s Serie A clash between strugglers Udinese and champions-elect Inter.

The clash kicks off at 19.45 UK time at the Bluenergy Stadium in Udine.

Udinese have been far below the mark this season and find themselves 15th in the Serie A table with eight games left to play, only two points ahead of relegation candidates Frosinone. Whilst they’ve only won twice in their last 12 league games, the victories were against Juventus and Lazio.

The Friulian outfit are without the injured Gerard Deulofeu, Enzo Ebosse, Keinan Davis and Brenner. Lorenzo Lucca is also unavailable through suspension.

Inter have been near flawless in Serie A this season and are only weeks away from securing their 20th ever Scudetto, an achievement that earns a second star on their shirt. They’ve dropped points just once in the last 12 games.

Juan Cuadrado, Alessandro Bastoni and Stefan de Vrij are all unavailable for the Nerazzurri through various injuries.
