Moments later, Marko Pjaca had penalty appeals waved away for what seemed to be a Nicolas Viola trip, but Bologna began to believe and push only in the final minutes.

Simone Zaza almost made it 3-1 in stoppages, a sensational Skorupski save on Simone Zaza from point-blank range.
