Pedro will replace Mattia Zaccagni in Lazio‘s attack against Paulo Dybala and Romelu Lukaku’s Roma.

The derby della Capitale kicks off at 17:00 GMT today.

Zaccagni sustained an injury in Lazio’s victory over Feyenoord earlier this week, so he’s unavailable. His replacement Pedro will join Ciro Immobile and Felipe Anderson in Lazio’s attacking trident.

Adam Marusic is favourite over Elseid Hysaj for a spot as left-back. The same is true of Nicolò Rovella who is expected to start in central midfield, leaving Matias Vecino initially on the bench.

Dybala returns to Roma’s starting XI after partially resting against Slavia Praha on Thursday. The Argentinean will join Romelu Lukaku up front.

Tammy Abraham, Marash Kumbulla and Chris Smalling are not available for José Mourinho but Renato Sanches is back and could start in central midfield. Leonardo Spinazzola is also available and will fight with Nicola Zalewski for a spot on the left flank.

Referee Davide Massa will officiate the game at the Stadio Olimpico.
