Davide Frattesi is back in action for the Nerazzurri but is not expected to start, so Marko Arnautovic is the only unavailable player in Simone Inzaghi’s ranks.
Francesco Acerbi is favourite over Stefan de Vrij in central defence and Denzel Dumfries should start again on the right flank leaving Matteo Darmian initially on the bench.
Thuram and Lautaro Martinez are expected to start up front.
Thiago Motta is short of options in defence being without the injured Adama Soumaoro, Stefan Posch, Jhon Lucumi and Victor Kristiansen.
