Celtic will provide the opposition for Inter, while Trabzonspor play Napoli, Tottenham Hotspur meet Fiorentina and Athletic Bilbao stand between Torino and the Round of 16.
Champions League drop-outs Roma have been paired with Feyenoord.

Athletic entered the Europa League after finishing third in Champions League Group H, Trabzonspor were runners-up in Europa League Group L, Feyenoord won Group G, Tottenham came second in Group C and Celtic did likewise in Group D.
Celtic v Inter pairs the finalists of the 1967 European Cup, which the Scots won 2-1 in Lisbon.
Roma went into the draw unseeded as a result of their record in the Champions League, while Torino, as runners-up of Group B, weren’t seeded either, and both will be at home in the first leg.
Inter, Napoli and Fiorentina, winners of Groups F, I and K respectively, were seeded for the draw in Nyon and will play the first leg away from home.
Former Liverpool, Real Madrid and Poland goalkeeper Jerzy Dudek conducted part of the proceedings.
The games will be played on February 19 and 26, with the final to be held in Warsaw on May 27.
La Liga side Sevilla are the current holders while this year’s winners will earn a place in next season’s Champions League.
