Napoli will travel to face Thiago Motta’s Bologna in the penultimate game of their historic Scudetto winning season.

The match between the Rossoblu and the Partenopei kicks off at 14.00 UK time at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara in Bologna.

Thiago Motta’s side have shown promising signs this season but looked inconsistent in recent weeks, only managing one win in their last seven league outings. The team sit 11th and will be hoping to squeeze into the top half of the table before the campaign draws to a close.

Bologna are without Adama Suomaoro, Roberto Soriano, Nicola Bagnolini and Georgios Kyriakopoulos, all of whom are out injured. Riccardo Orsolini is out through suspension.

Napoli have already secured their third ever Scudetto and have been able to relax a little, explaining a 2-0 loss to Monza earlier this month. Their 3-1 win over Inter shows that Luciano Spalletti’s side can always turn up the jets when needed.

The Partenopei cannot count on the injured Mario Rui, Matteo Politano and Hirving Lozano. Eljif Elmas is suspended and will not take part.

Probable line-ups for Bologna vs Napoli

Bologna (4-2-3-1): Skorupski; Posch, Bonifazi, Lucumì, Cambiaso; Dominguez, Schouten; Aebischer, Ferguson, Barrow; Arnautovic.

Napoli (4-3-3): Meret; Di Lorenzo, Rrahmani, Kim, Olivera; Anguissa, Lobotka, Zielinski; Politano, Osimhen, Kvaratskhelia.
