The victory enabled the Spallini to catch Genoa on 14 points, getting back in front of Hellas Verona, who today earned a shock 3-0 win over Milan.
“SPAL have good organisation, though we are perhaps paying for the lack of experience at this level. We are growing, we won’t let go and fight for every ball. The club and fans are behind us, and that helps.”
