Sampdoria striker Patrik Schick warns he and his teammates will “play to win” against Inter this weekend.

The Czech forward scored his first goal for the Blucerchiati last night, but Marco Giampaolo’s men went down 4-1 to Juventus in Turin.

“I’m happy to have scored my first goal and to have played from the start,” Schick told Sampdoria’s official website.

“I’m disappointed for the result though, which wasn’t good for us. Juve started very strongly, and when you concede the first goal they’re very hard to play against.

“Inter? They’re a good team and we’ll prepare in the best way. We’ll play in front of our fans and we’ll play to win.”
