“Guillermo has decided to leave Palermo, because without the UEFA licence he couldn’t freely direct the team, and couldn’t affect the path the Rosanero were on,” Schelotto’s representative Gustavo Goni told Calciomercato.
“There were never any problems with Zamparini. Guillermo is calm, because he’s taken the best decision for the club and himself.
“It was a decision taken together with the Sicilian club.”
