Atalanta’s Ezequiel Schelotto is unfazed by the fact that his name is again circulating in the transfer rumour mill. “I’m used to it.”

The wide midfielder is being paired with a January move after being associated with Italian giants Inter and Roma.

“I’ve always been talked about in January ever since I arrived here in Italy,” the 22-year-old told the Eco di Bergamo.

“I’m just concentrating on Atalanta and having a great Christmas with my family,” continued the Argentine-born Italian Under-21 international.

“There are better informed people than me to talk about the transfer market – there is the club and my agent.

“I know nothing about a move. I have a contract until 2015 and if the club say that they don’t want to sell their players then it means they love me.

“It’s nice to know that great clubs are interested in me, but I don’t want to talk about the transfer market.”

Schelotto, signed by Atalanta back in 2009, is in his first playing season at Bergamo after co-ownership and loan spells at Cesena and Catania over the last couple of years.
