The Neroverdi were linked with the Liverpool striker earlier this summer, as he’s not wanted at Anfield and Milan opted not to make his loan deal permanent.
“Mino Raiola offered us Balotelli, but we refused,” Carnevali revealed on RaiSport’s Zona11pm show.
“Alejandro Gomez? We asked Atalanta, but they said no.”

Balotelli’s career is at a crossroads, as Bologna appear to have rejected the idea of signing him while Udinese are unsure.
Chievo are interested in taking him on loan, but would be unable to pay his wages and would need a contribution from Liverpool.
The Reds are keen to get him off the books, so are looking for a permanent transfer.
