Roma are continuing to work on their outgoing market and are in talks with Sassuolo regarding Cristian Volpato and Filippo Missori.

The Giallorossi are moving forward with Jose Mourinho’s project and are working to add the right reinforcements to his squad to help take the team to the next level. Houssem Aouar has already arrived on a free transfer and Evan Ndicka has chosen to join Roma as well.

Bringing in reinforcements also means making space in the squad and Roma have been active here too, selling Benjamin Tahirovic to Ajax yesterday in a deal worth around €7.5m.

As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio, Roma are negotiating the exits of Volpato and Missori with Sassuolo, who may make a concrete step forwards in the coming days.

The 19-year-old Volpato saw 223 minutes of Serie A action this season, scoring one goal and providing one assist in that time. The 19-year-old Missori briefly broke into the Roma first team in the final stages of the season, playing the full 90 minutes of the draws with Bologna and Fiorentina.
