Maurizio Sarri is still not sure if he’ll remain with Napoli, but is more tempted by Chelsea than Zenit St Petersburg.

The Coach held his crunch meeting with President Aurelio De Laurentiis this week and the tension between the two men seemed to be resolved.

The Coach held his crunch meeting with President Aurelio De Laurentiis this week and the tension between the two men seemed to be resolved.

However, that still doesn’t mean a decision has been made and De Laurentiis would only comment: “We’ll live and learn.”

According to the Corriere dello Sport and La Gazzetta dello Sport, Sarri believes his era at Napoli has come to an end and is fearful stars such as Marek Hamsik, Jose Callejon, Raul Albiol, Dries Mertens and Jorginho could leave.

Most papers are confident Sarri has no interest in the Zenit job, even if it would pay a salary of €9m per year, but there are mixed messages about Chelsea.

Il Mattino suggests the Coach doesn’t want too much power over transfers or to be given an English-style managerial role at Chelsea, but that could suit the Premier League club.
